| Booking Conditions |
| 1. Check that you meet requirements, stated in literature or web-site. ie swimming ability and limitations within Activities Licence |
| 2. Check by phone or e.mail for availability of places |
| 3. You will be sent an application form/confirmation. |
| 4. Minimum charge for any session is as stated above unless base is open for another group. |
| 5. The places will be provisionally reserved for only two weeks by which time you should confirm booking in writing and send a deposit of approx 50%. |
| 6. Deposit for exclusive use is £150. The deposit will not normally be refunded if the booking is cancelled within the month preceding the event. |

7. Balance of fee to be paid at least 10 days before the event. Taster session balance on arrival.
